Froehliche Weihnachten / Merry Christmas
Dieses Jahr habe ich unsere Weihnachts-Ecard selbst gebastelt und dachte grad, dass ich sie auch hier posten koennte.
This year I created our own Christmas ecard with pictures of this year (and some from last year) for family and friends in Germany. I just thought I could blog it here too.
2009 was an interesting year
Lots of things happened and sometimes it just poored
Sometimes you just wanted to hide
Sometimes you could only think: “I think I got kissed by a moose!”
Sometimes you had to paddle pretty much
Sometimes you had to take a detour
Sometimes things just piled up
Sometimes you had to fight with uncalculable rivals
Or with very thorny ones
Sometimes it was hard to keep perspective
Even when you tried really hard
For 2010 we wish you
That you can keep the overview
That you have the chance to learn and broaden your horizon
That you don’t lose sight of your goal
That no cliff is too wide for you
No mountain too high
Good shoes for your travel
Always somebody who has a good advice for you
A strong shoulder to lean on
But also enough time to recharge
To get some power
To discover new things
But there are still some days left until then and so we will…
hide from ice and cold and enjoy the days between the years.
